[Sky Island]

This is awesome!

Although it bothered me that the music sounded almost too familiar...
...probably just me.

Played so much FF that the usic may bear some resemblance of some sea port towns.

Excellent game! I find no major faults except one, which is either an oversight on my part or some bug in the game.

***SPOILERS***

I cannot continue the game from where Dexter wants a joke to play on a friend. I have the gloves and I tried gloves+dumpster yet it gives me no ketchup. I did look at the walk-through on your site to be sure I did all the things leading to that and it appears that I did. Not in exactly the same order but I doubt that had anything to do with it. Whatever it is, the dumpster wasn't triggered for the ketchup yet and I dont know why.

anyway thanks for making a fun game and I hope I can come back and load up my progress soon so I can complete it past the ketchup spot.

The walkthrough on the forum is just for one of the paths. The ketchup is just one joke that the engine can choose. You probably got a different practical joke. Check the bathroom graffiti in the bar for hints.

Not so much a game as is an experimental ragdoll simulation.

Gets boring very fast.

This game has some serious balance issues. Primarily regarding the leveling. It really shouldn't get harder as you continue unless the player has advanced in skill...this just ramps up difficulty regardless of play skill/level. At some point you cant even learn to do better as you are overwhelmed and your survivors end up dead and you cant even search anymore. At that point it becomes pointless.
Personally I'm not a fan of this type of gallery style shooting. It's very restrictive and doesn't allow for much in the way of variety.
